How to See the Disney Fireworks with a Baby without Tears

Are you planning on taking a trip to Disney World with a smaller child and plan on visiting the fireworks shows?  The loud sounds that come from the shows can be overwhelming for smaller children and potentially damage their sensitive ears.  But the shows are spectacular and you do not want to miss them, right?  What to do?

On this past trip to Disney with my family, we traveled with my niece who was only 5 months at the time of travel.  Everyone in the party wanted to visit the nighttime shows and see the fireworks so my mother had the brilliant idea to buy her baby ear muffs!  i never would have thought of it but she thought, perhaps it will make her so she is not terrified of the shows.

My niece used the Pro For Sho Baby Ear Muffs Hearing Protection – Special Designed Comfort Fit for 3 Months to 2 Years – Pink.  She never one time tried to take them off!  She only had them on when she was napping in the parks or while we were visiting a loud show or attraction.  They worked like a dream!  In fact, she even slept through the Magic Kingdom fireworks!
