Favorite Ways to Save Money WHILE in Disney World

When heading to Disney, it is important to know how you can save yourself some money.  While there are many different ways to save money once you are in the Disney theme parks, here are some of the favorites of our readers:

  • Get an annual pass.  The purchase of an annual pass is expensive, that is for sure, going for around $650.  However, the benefits are wonderful!  You can save on your hotel accommodations, dining expenses and other fun activities such as golf and spa treatments.
  • Get Disney gift cards from Target.  If you have a Target RedCard, you can save off of the cost of the purchase 5%.  For instance, if you buy a $100 gift card, it will cost you $95.  That will help you save on the purchase of your annual pass, ultimately saving you $32.50.  Also, if you think about it, you could use the Disney gift cards to purchase the annual pass and save that $32.50, then also use the annual pass to save on the cost of accommodations.  Using the annual pass discount and Target gift cards will allow you to save the 5% off of the already discounted resort room!
  • Join the Landry’s Select Club.  As a member of Landry’s Select Club, you can earn points for visiting one of our                     participating restaurants all over the country. As your points accumulate, they add up to great rewards for you to enjoy on future visits at the Orlando area restaurants.  The available restaurants are Bubba Gump (Universal Citywalk), Rainforest Cafe (Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney), T-Rex (Downtown Disney), and Yak and Yeti (Animal Kingdom).
