Does it have an annual fee?

Yes, it does. We upgraded our old Chase Disney Visa to the new Premier Visa this past March. There is an annual fee of $49.00; they did not post the fee to our account until 6 months later. Our charge just showed up this month. — It has helped us A LOT on our trips (March & July 2012) to Disney World.
